20 RPTRAs will be developed in South Jakarta in the near future. Its development will use this year's City Budget (APBD).
Development process will take place about five months and is targeted to be finished in the upcoming December
South Jakarta Public Housing and Residential Sub-dept. Head, M Yaya Mulyarso said budget for development of 20 RPTRAs is reaching Rp 30 billion.
