20 RPTRAs will be developed in South Jakarta in the near future. Its development will use this year's City Budget (APBD).

South Jakarta Public Housing and Residential Sub-dept. Head, M Yaya Mulyarso said budget for development of 20 RPTRAs is reaching Rp 30 billion.
